It was in 1954 that in an ancient underground oil mill, grandfather Pierino began to extract oil. His experience and ancient traditions have been intertwined with the modern technologies that today characterize the oil mill led by Giovanni.

The entire production of our mill comes from local olives and takes place through cold extraction, a technique that keeps all the nutritional and organoleptic properties intact
